In the modern world, a key skill is ability to adapt changing conditions, including mastering new programs, devices, technologies, ways search for information, and sometimes professions. With outbreak of pandemic – in context restrictive measures transition remote forms employment problem adaptation innovation has become even more relevant. A quick switch programs ensuring work conditions (for example, Zoom, MSTeams) necessary requirement keeping job some employed. Residents large cities had over digital public services, QR codes, online order goods, etc. Obviously, not all groups population shared reaction changes, due different perception technologies attitudes towards them. The middle class been traditionally regarded as change provider society, layer most open non-groundbreaking, yet sustainable transformations ideas. Testing validity this statement becomes especially interesting light reality, that challenged (due peculiarities lifestyle) with technologies. purpose article analyze specific features by class. Based on data specialized survey «Middle class: willingness invest human capital development», openness index constructed comprising components attitude, acceptance use innovations. On basis technology model, set factors technical innovations identified, taking into account opinion about usefulness, ease use, reliability safety, elitism conclusion, relationship between them analyzed determinants have identified. study shows positive attitude introduction various areas life, experienced using rather interested innovative goods services.
